20 Year Structural Limited Conditional Warranty
Marwood warrants that the Suntrellis Iron Decorative
Baluster is free from defects in material and workmanship
for 20 years upon proper installation.
3 Year Finish Limited Conditional Warranty
Marwood warrants that the Suntrellis Iron Decorative
Baluster is free from finish defects such as premature
loss or flaking of the finish coatings due to natural
corrosion for a period of 3 years.
The limited conditional structural and finish warranties
do not include:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
neglect or from other than normal and ordinary use
of the product.
- Damage resulting from failure to install, maintain
and use the product in accordance with our instructions
or accepted industry practice.
- Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair
of the product.
General Terms and Conditions
The structural and finish warranties are valid only
to the original homeowner who installed the product.
All claims must be made in writing and include the
original receipt of purchase.
All claims are limited to replacement of product
sold. Installation costs are not included.
Marwood does not imply any warranty of merchantability
or fitness of product for particular purpose and is
not responsible to any party for any indirect, incidental,
consequential or special damages arising from any
failure of the Suntrellis Iron Decorative Baluster
or its components.
